Ma Zenghui (1936-2021) was a female Tambourine Drumsong (八角鼓 or 單弦牌子曲) performer from a family of Xihe dagu 西河大鼓 performers. She learned to perform the Xihe dagu genre at the age of 5, but later decided to switch to Tambourine Drumsong. She has a rich singing voice and is a high-ranking artist.
